The freshly made omelettes for breakfast were to die for. The staff was super helpful. DEFINITELY coming back! Some rooms are better than in photos.

I had 7 nights in Washington, spending my time here lovely. The hotel rooms were gorgeous and huge with a beautiful view and a shower and comfy beds.

The receptionist was friendly, the breakfast room superb, and the location convenient. Although the bed was uncomfortable and housekeeping issues arose, the overall experience was delightful. Clean, modern, and centrally located. Can't wait to return!

Nice stay, as always. Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and clean, it had fantastic location right next to the Metro. Booked a room with very comfortable beds.

The location was great, with friendly doormen and a nice breakfast spot. The lobby was beautiful and the staff welcoming. However, the rooms lacked basic amenities, cleanliness was lacking, and some areas needed updating. Overall, a decent hotel but not worth the high prices.

The hotel's location was amazing, right by the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff like Michelle, Angel, and Phillip were outstanding. The gym was well-equipped. Just a few hiccups with room details and additional charges, but overall a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in double room for 5 nights, it was complete with comfy beds, a beautiful view, a shower. This hotel was located in an central area just next door to many shops and restaurants, the museums.

The property was stylish, offered well heated and brand-new rooms. The hotel had large breakfasts with fruit and omelet.

The Blend Bar staff were extremely entertaining, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. The hotel's structure is stunning, offering exceptional service and accommodating early check-in and late check-out for my flight schedule. The atrium view room was peaceful, the metro station was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with organic options. The Cure Bar & Bistro offered a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after exploring nearby landmarks such as the National Portrait Gallery, Washington Monument, and Lincoln Memorial, greatly enhancing our family bonding experience. The comfortable bed and reliable WiFi connection were also appreciated, although the lack of microwaves in the rooms was a downside. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues were noticeable, such as rusted shower curtain grommets and dents in the hallway walls. a pleasant stay with minor areas for improvement.

Great restaurant with delicious cuisine, beautiful staff. Rooms were lovely and brand-new, had a shower, a hairdryer and robes in the bathroom. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated it.

The breakfast definitely has to be included in the price.

Polite stuff and perfect rooms, we had a really great experience. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to The Hamilton.

Spacious hotel with ideal location right by the centre of Washington DC and Abraham Lincoln monument and all the museums. The breakfast was amazing, overall food was great. I booked well heated, nicely decorated room.

I was thrilled to visit the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, and Grand Hyatt's welcoming atmosphere pleasantly surprised me. The dining options, especially at Cure Bar & Bistro, offered an excellent variety to satisfy all appetites.

Inconsistent room cleaning and towel change frequency. Price of breakfast buffet was high.

We hit up Ford's Theater and the Capital One Arena for a concert - both just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for us to shop and enjoy the city nightlife!

If there's one thing we could ask for, it would be a more happening bar or social area within the hotel. A place where young people can hang out, meet new friends, and have a good time without having to leave the hotel.

The lobby was gorgeous, and the staff were all super helpful. We had a blast exploring the city but also took advantage of the Jacuzzi and the gym. 😊 However, wish they were a bit more generous with the in-room amenities like cups and robes, as we had to ration everything during our stay – a coffee mug would’ve been a nice touch!

The hotel's 5 minutes' walk from the Center made it easy to access essential amenities, and its proximity of 1.9 km from Washington Union ensured a smooth transition to my next destination.

I encountered a minor inconvenience related to potential overcharging, as I received an email from my bank indicating that the hotel was attempting to charge an additional $1200 after I had already settled my dues, including an early check-in fee. This experience tarnished an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was awesome, right by all the cool touristy stuff without any hassle. The staff were super nice, always had a smile on their faces, and the breakfast was top-notch, although the eggs benedict bread was a bit hard. They had a jacuzzi and a gym for chillaxing. Elevators were often packed like a can of sardines, which was a bit annoying, but didn't ruin how great the stay was overall! 🌟

As youngsters, we loved the central location and easy access to public transportation. The hotel had a direct subway entrance, making it convenient for exploring the city. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had both wheelchair-accessible and non-wheelchair rooms, and we found the beds in the wheelchair-accessible rooms to be especially comfortable. the Grand Hyatt exceeded our expectations and provided a great experience.

If you're looking to dive into some history and culture, Ford's Theater is a great spot. We took our children there and were captivated by the stories of Abraham Lincoln and the engaging performances. The experience was both educational and entertaining for the whole family.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from offering more children's activities to keep the little ones entertained.

The service was excellent, from the bell staff/porter to housekeeping and and any member of the staff I interacted with, everyone was so helpful and friendly. This hotel was strategically located for a sightseeing trip, near Capital One and other well-known DC attractions. It was right in the heart of downtown, close to everything, even the DC center across the street. The rooms were well furnished with comfortable beds, bathrooms that are clean and complete. It was a fantastic experience to have breakfast while enjoying the great view from the restaurant on the top floor.

The staff seemed uninviting upon arrival, which makes one think twice about staying here.

the metro station was literally in the hotel, making it convenient for exploring the city. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the ample outlets and USB ports for charging our devices. We enjoyed a Saturday afternoon event hosted by the hotel, which included a Disney family movie and popcorn. the staff, especially Michelle at check-in, Angel with security, and Phillip in the breakfast restaurant, were outstanding. Angel made us feel welcome and Phillip remembered our coffee preferences. the gym had a great selection of equipment, and there were always towels, water, and snacks available.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The king size room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room had a large TV, a convenient coffee machine with Illy coffee and tea, and there was a fantastic Starbucks downstairs that opened early in the morning. I had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, the filet mignon with fries was the best I've ever had. The hotel also had great facilities such as room service, a printing shop, and various bars and shops. The location of the hotel was perfect, with luxury shops surrounding it. it was a brilliant hotel and I would love to come back. Thank you!

The omelette-station cook was not only a great chef but also a delightful conversationalist. a great experience with excellent service and amenities.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel thanks to the excellent location, spacious lobby, and the friendly and supportive nature of the staff, especially Cecilia and Catherine from the front desk. However, the evidence of wear and lack of maintenance in the rooms detracts from the overall experience, and additional attention should be given to room amenities and cleanliness to align with the remarkable public areas and service standards of the hotel.

The Grand Hyatt Washington's prime location near the National Portrait Gallery and its well-appointed rooms with fantastic city and atrium views were definite highlights of my stay. The free high-speed Wi-Fi and numerous charging outlets made my travel experience stress-free, and the Cure Bar & Bistro's internationally inspired seasonal menu was a delightful dining option.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were so helpful and polite. the hotel itself is beautifully presented and very modern. My room on the 9th floor was spacious and well-equipped, with a clean and comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the White House and the National Mall. I also appreciated the great selection and hours of the buffet breakfast.

The availability of a computer and printer in the lounge for free use was extremely convenient. The conference facilities were impressive and suited my professional needs well.

During my stay, I found the in-lobby Starbucks Reserve to be a lifesaver. The barista created the most magical, wake-me-up potion each morning, making my day as bright as a double rainbow. It was a true caffeine haven!

The room at Grand Hyatt Washington was so cozy and welcoming, with a big flat-screen TV and a beautiful private bathroom. The shower/tub combo with marble tiling made us feel pampered and relaxed after a day of exploring the city. The June Jacobs bath amenities were a lovely touch.

The only thing we didn't love was that the refrigerator in the suite was a bit small for our needs. But we know others might not mind it as much.
